- Smart storage: a spacious wardrobe, shoe racks, hooks and wall-mounted coat hangers help you organise your belongings and avoid living out of your suitcase.
- A proper workspace, with room to unwind: an electric height-adjustable desk beneath the window, an ergonomic chair, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, an armchair and a wall-mounted 43-inch Samsung Smart Monitor give you the flexibility to work, relax, study or manage your own projects comfortably.
- Peace and quiet: the apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, providing a quiet setting for resting, concentrating or rolling out your yoga mat for a stretching session.

Questa è esattamente la casa che uso personalmente quando sono a Milano: uno spazio pensato nei dettagli per essere vissuto in prima persona, non un alloggio spoglio pensato solo per i turisti. Per questo trovi tutto ciò che serve per mantenere i tuoi ritmi quotidiani:
- A fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, air fryer and coffee machine, along with cookware, dishes, food containers, pots and baking trays. Everything you need to cook for yourself, enjoy the freedom of eating in and keep restaurant costs under control;
- Independent laundry and cleaning: a washing machine in the bathroom, a vacuum cleaner and spare linen to help you manage everyday life independently;
- Your private balcony: a secluded corner overlooking the inner courtyard, ideal for a breath of fresh air or a quiet break. It can also be used as a smoking area.
- Tailored rates and availability: stays of several weeks or a month or longer may require a more tailored arrangement. Contact me directly before booking to check availability for your dates and discuss a proposal based on the length of your stay. Availability may be limited during high season and major trade fairs.
Risorgimento: everyday life in a more authentic side of Milan
Located between Porta Venezia and Porta Romana, Risorgimento is an elegant residential neighbourhood close to the city centre, with an authentic local atmosphere and the amenities that make everyday life easier.
- Everyday essentials close to home: supermarkets, artisan bakeries, local markets, pharmacies, laundrettes and excellent neighbourhood shops are all within a few minutes' walk.
- Cycling, sport and green spaces: cycle paths, BikeMi bike-sharing stations and green areas with spaces for outdoor exercise are close by.
- Easy connections across Milan: the M4 Dateo metro station connects you to Linate Airport in around 12 minutes and San Babila in approximately 5 minutes. The Passante Ferroviario suburban railway and surface transport make it easy to get around the city without a car.
